Working Operations Manager
We're looking for a right-hand person to help run the business — someone who leads from the front and sets the standard by doing the work themselves.

You'd be running crews on site, maintaining the Greenstart quality our clients have come to expect, and taking more of the operational load off the Director as we grow. Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in garden maintenance or landscaping
  • Strong plant knowledge and horticultural fundamentals
  • Proven ability to lead or supervise staff, or readiness to step into that role
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering premium work
  • Physically fit, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Certificate III in Horticulture (or studying) highly regarded
  • Soft landscaping or small project experience an advantage

Senior Gardener / Team Leader

Brisbane · Full time · $80,000–$90,000 + company vehicle

We're looking for a highly skilled gardener with leadership capability — someone who not only excels on the tools, but can confidently lead staff, set the standard, and take ownership of site quality and team performance.

This is a hands-on position. You'd lead and support a crew, run the daily work on site, and make sure it's finished to Greenstart's standard. You'd be trusted to represent the business with clients and keep jobs running smoothly.
